Terms of Service
These terms apply to clinics and other businesses that use the WhatsApp software of Epi AI Agency ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. A written agreement with a client takes priority over these terms where they differ.
The service
Our software answers your WhatsApp messages, books appointments and sends reminders, following the replies and rules agreed with you. It runs on your WhatsApp Business account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
Your responsibilities
- Follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Business Messaging Policy, including getting patients' agreement before you message them first.
- Have a lawful basis to collect your patients' data and tell them how you use it.
- Keep the clinic details we use accurate: timings, fees, address and services.
- Pay Meta's messaging charges through the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account.
No medical advice
Our software does not give medical advice. Medical questions are handed to your staff. You remain responsible for all clinical communication with your patients.
Fees
Fees are set in your written agreement with us.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it depends on Meta's platform and other providers, and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided as is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either side can stop at any time with written notice. You can disconnect our app from your WhatsApp Business account yourself. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
